Job Description

Lowcountry Male is an upscale concierge medical practice seeking a compassionate and results-driven Patient Advocate with sales experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding patients through their healthcare journey, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support. Your strong sales background will be invaluable in identifying and converting potential patients into a loyal client base. This is a full time position Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Outreach: Actively reach out to potential patients through various channels (phone, email, in-person, gyms, wellness fairs) to educate them about our services and address their healthcare needs.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient's unique situation, including their medical history, and financial constraints.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare providers, and other relevant parties to streamline the patient's care journey and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Advocacy: Champion the patient's best interests by advocating for their rights and ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care.
  • Sales and Conversion: Utilize your sales expertise to identify potential patients, build rapport, and convert them into satisfied clients.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, outcomes, and key performance indicators.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve shared goals

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a healthcare or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems, insurance plans, and medical terminology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
