About the Opportunity:

We are partnering with a rapidly growing independent insurance agency specializing in Auto, Workers’ Compensation, and Commercial Property to find a tech-savvy and strategic Vendor Program Manager . This individual will lead efforts to build, manage, and grow the agency’s preferred vendor network —negotiating discounts, maintaining vendor data in HubSpot , and supporting marketing campaigns that enhance the value of vendor partnerships for clients.

This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone with a background in vendor or partner relations, marketing automation, and CRM tools—especially HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and manage vendor discount agreements, ensuring alignment with agency goals and client needs.
• Maintain and update vendor data using HubSpot custom objects, ensuring accuracy and proper access for use in client portals and communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns via HubSpot Marketing Hub, targeting segmented client groups with relevant vendor offerings.
• Track and report on discount redemption and engagement metrics using HubSpot reports and dashboards to assess program performance and vendor ROI.
• Expand the vendor network by researching, vetting, and onboarding new partners across key service areas (e.g., claims support, inspections, legal, safety).
• Serve as the primary contact for vendor communication, performance review, and compliance documentation.
• Identify and implement program improvements to enhance vendor visibility, client value, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in vendor program management, strategic partnerships, or B2B marketing—preferably within the insurance, finance, or professional services industries.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, including custom objects, workflows, lists, and reporting.
• Proven success in negotiating vendor agreements and managing partner performance.
• Strong understanding of CRM data management, marketing campaign execution, and performance tracking.
• Highly organized with excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, IT, and operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with insurance vendors or commercial service providers (e.g., restoration companies, TPAs, inspection firms).
• Experience managing client portals or integrated tech stacks.
• Knowledge of promotional marketing tactics, client segmentation, and vendor onboarding workflows.
